What’s in a name?

Psyche is the ancient Greek goddess of soul, commonly depicted with wings to reflect her metamorphosis. Myths associated with Psyche exemplify a search for authentic personal growth, which embodies the spirit of PSYCHĒ6 coaching.

We believe the integration of our experiences, however new, difficult, or exciting they may be, have the potential to transform us. Working with a coach is often inspiring, sometimes challenging, and requires us to dig deep within ourselves to gain the most from the experience ahead.

Psyche achieved immortality only after accomplishing a series of seemingly impossible tasks. While we don’t promise immortality at PSYCHĒ6, we do believe that by enduring challenges and getting outside our comfort zone, each of us has an opportunity for inspired growth, increased self-awareness, and achievement of our most fantastical goals!

Founder and lead coach at PSYCHĒ6, Donna Gandt brings over 30 years’ experience in leading people, projects, and change. As a sales and revenue leader with a deep software and consulting background, she has extensive experience working with clients and organizational leadership at all levels, which enables her to coach leaders with firsthand experience, empathy, authenticity, and relatability. She draws on her own experience in business from leading SaaS sales and professional services teams to working with equity partners or investors in board meetings to best relate to and serve her clients with firsthand experience. Donna has a strong focus on client outcomes and helps her clients achieve a confident sense of self and inspiration to achieve their deepest personal and professional goals while gaining rich fulfillment in their leadership role.

Donna specializes in working with technology and software companies, sales and revenue leadership, breaking glass ceilings, and leaders moving through life transitions.

In My Own Words

I have navigated professional growth and transitions over my career, most recently in executive leadership of sales and client-facing teams in SaaS companies with C-level responsibility for P&L and sales growth objectives. My professional experience includes transformation of a software company through partner channel programs, leading global system design and deployments, leading client facing teams, building a professional services team from scratch, and serving our country as a Lieutenant in the Navy’s Nuclear Power Program. 

In each of these experiences, I have had the privilege to observe and learn from outstanding leaders. Those who demonstrate strength through vulnerability, exhibit leadership by serving others, and fuel growth through the success of their team members. I have worked with coaches myself and hired coaches for team members and have seen the results a great coach brings to an individual leader and to the organizations they serve. My transition to coaching comes from a deep belief that each chapter in our lives helps guide the next and that with clarity of purpose and values, strong self-awareness, and focused perseverance, we can gain deeper fulfillment in our personal and professional lives.
