Executive Onboarding

The onboarding period for a new executive is critical. Investment in your executive team is the most important element of a successful organization and by combining the wishes of the organization (sponsor) with the new executive (client), we are able to help align on goals and provide a third party perspective during these crucial times of transition.
The old adage that “it’s lonely at the top”… is true. Perhaps the most helpful element of having an executive coach support your organization during an onboarding period is to give that new executive a safe and confidential place to vocalize their observations, strategize on engagement of key team leaders, and leverage a professional sounding board to optimize alignment with corporate and leadership objectives.

Leadership Development

Many organizations have constrained human resources support and leaders are spread thin with business and client priorities.
